Michigan Sleep Solutions only offers take-home sleep tests. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about driving all over Lansing looking for a sleep lab; you can take the sleep test in your own bed! Our patients love to take advantage of this, not only for the convenience of the test, but they also don’t have to worry about the awkwardness that comes from sleeping in an unfamiliar area. We also find that the best sleep results come from when patients use their own bed for the study.

The Michigan Sleep Solutions treats sleep apnea through the use of Oral Appliances. We do not use CPAP machines to treat sleep apnea; we treat only using CPAP alternatives. These appliances are worn similarly to a mouthguard and shift the tongue away from the airway. It also keeps the soft tissues in the throat from collapsing, which causes an occlusion in your airway, leading to snoring.
